Tasty Treats

Can Vegan Cookies Possibly Taste Good?

Of course they can!  That’s the magic in making cookies, brownies, cakes and pies without using animal products.  There are so many cruelty-free ingredients you can use to substitute for dairy milk, eggs, and butter you’d be shocked.  The purpose of this post isn’t to preach to anyone about what they should or shouldn’t eat.  Ultimately you have to make that decision yourself.

We’ve all known vegans who were hardcore activists one day and you see them a year later eating a bacon double cheeseburger at a local Wendy’s.  It’s not always easy to regulate your diet no matter what kind it is.

Then there’s the whole human carbon footprint discussion that can literally lead down a bottomless rabbit hole of endless rhetoric.  We’ll just have to agree for the sake of this post that we’re all fans of tasty treats and why not try some that don’t involve animal cruelty? Can we agree on that?  GOOD!  Now lets get past this long winded intro and start the sweet tooth networking extravaganza.
